At this Conversazione, Members of the Academy were informed about the 4th African Inter-Parliamentary Congress on Family Values and Sovereignty. It was presented by one of the principal organisers, Richard Kakeeto, together with Dr Wahome Ngare, Prof Patrick Pullicino and Greg Shea. They also discussed the situation regarding life and the family in Africa, the continent in which half the world’s baptisms and a third of the world’s ordinations take place and consequently of vital importance to the Church worldwide.
